In this crazy world nothing can be more important than understanding who we are and how the mind works. Knowing this can help us to thrive in tough situations and help us navigate our way through lifes sometimes turbulant waters. Since I last released this article much has changed in the world and we have seen a steep rise in mental health issues. A sense of hopelessness and despair as well as anxiety for the future has affected many people. Knowing what I know, it felt right to begin to share what I see with as many people as possible. From this The Unminding Project was born. This is a passion project from myself and @gemsays who has been helped greatly by this understanding and is my wonderful co-host in all things Unminding. This project is free at the point of use, we host weekly meetings on Twitter Spaces, and have a fully supported Telegram channel. We are hoping to grow as time goes on and so far we have been listened to by hundreds of people with one show having nearly 500 listeners. With this in mind it felt right to share with you some simple truths that quieten our minds and help us find peace whilst uncovering the innate wellbeing that we all have within us. These are true for everyone and can have transformational effects when seen for yourself. Enjoy…..

  1. We are built to thrive in all circumstances. We have seen throughout time those that have bloomed in oppressive situations. We all have within us everything we need to be okay without exception. This can seem out of reach, but I assure you, it is only ever disguised by our own thinking. You have innate wellbeing you just may not have realised it yet.
  2. We are only ever feeling our thinking, no matter how compelling the world may seem you are only seeing it through your thoughts and beliefs. Have you ever noticed how you can feel differently on different days about the exact same thing? This is because you are experiencing your state of mind and what is being projected onto the world and not the world itself.
  3. The beauty of №2 is that nothing needs to change for you to be okay. You only ever need new thought for the world to change and that can happen in a heartbeat. This frees us from the world needing to be different for us to be okay.
  4. All thought is neutral (tough one to see at first but I assure you this is true).
  5. Happiness only ever comes from within. No amount of money, bitcoin, houses, watches, girlfriends, boyfriends, or whatever it is you think will bring you happiness can ever do the job. Many who have all of those things often say they still feel unfulfilled. That is because our happiness cannot exist in anything outside of ourselves.
  6. All storms pass…. When we are lost in our thought storms and the world seems like a dark and scary place please know that the light of who you are will shine through the darkness and you will feel better once again.
  7. When all of the above is seen for yourself as true, we begin a shift in our mental health, mental wellbeing emerges, and the peace, love, and happiness that we are made of have the space to shine through. Awakenings occur and this leads to you living in a whole new world with nothing changing but you.

There is much to see in what I teach but just knowing for yourself what this teaching is pointing to can be life-changing.

If any of this resonates with you and you would like to find out more please join our OneMinding Telegram Group or follow us on Twitter. All the links you need are below.

We hope to see you at 8pm on Thursdays (UK time) on Twitter Spaces for this mental health revolution and look forward to sharing this trasformational understanding with you and seeing where this project leads. In the meantime if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out.

Sending love always.
